Contact us

Product: DjenGo. Operator: DjenGo Technology Limited.

Monitored support email: djenaihk@djen.top. Contact us from an address that can receive replies and include the issue, device model, app version, and only the screenshots needed to investigate. Never send a password, verification code, access token, or unnecessary sensitive information.

We do not promise a fixed response time. We review safety and public-content reports as soon as practicable.

Sign-in and account help

Djen supports Sign in with Apple and Google sign-in. Use the same provider you selected when the account was created; different methods may identify different accounts. If you used Apple's Hide My Email feature, your account may show an Apple relay address.

If sign-in fails, first check the network, device time, and app version, then email us with the provider used and the visible error. DjenGo will never ask for your Apple ID or Google password, verification code, or access token.

03

Purchases, restore, and refunds

Apple processes App Store purchases, billing, and refunds. For purchase types offered by the current app version, use Restore Purchases in the app to synchronize eligible purchases or purchases not correctly credited under the same Apple Account.

DjenGo cannot approve an Apple refund. Use Apple's subscription-management or Report a Problem service to review purchases, manage any applicable subscription, and request a refund. Deleting a Djen account or uninstalling the app does not cancel an Apple subscription.

Privacy, data export, and account deletion

To request permanent deletion in Djen, go to Profile > Settings > Delete Account. Email us to request access, export, or correction of your data. We may perform reasonable identity verification to protect the account.

The Privacy Policy explains account deletion and the treatment of backups, purchase records, and cost records. Manage any active Apple subscription separately before deleting the account.

Report, block, or appeal public content

For a public roadbook, public nickname, or other public content, first use Report on the content or publisher page in the app and select a reason. You can also use Block to stop seeing that publisher's public content and prevent related interactions.

If the in-app option is unavailable, email djenaihk@djen.top with the public link or share code, reason, and necessary screenshot. Do not redistribute sensitive or unlawful material in the email. To appeal a content or account action, use the same address and identify the account, content, and reason for appeal.
