Scope
These Guidelines apply to public roadbooks, public nicknames, avatars, profiles, and text, images, links, travel notes, or other content published or shared for other Djen users to view. Private content may also be processed under the Terms and Privacy Policy when it is reported, legally required, or needs review to protect service safety.
Prohibited content
Do not publish, display, promote, or assist in distributing:
- Sexual content, including sexual exploitation, sexual content involving minors, or non-consensual intimate content.
- Violence or threats, including graphic violence, credible threats, or encouragement to harm another person.
- Hate or harassment, including attacks based on protected characteristics, bullying, humiliation, or persistent harassment.
- Dangerous or illegal activities, including criminal instructions, encouragement of self-harm, dangerous challenges, or illegal goods and services.
- Privacy violations, doxxing, or personal sensitive information, including another person's precise location, contact, identity, financial, or health information without consent.
- Intellectual-property infringement, including photos, writing, trademarks, maps, or other protected material you have no right to use.
- Spam, scams, or malicious redirection, including repetitive advertising, false offers, phishing, harmful links, or manipulation of interactions.
- Other content that violates applicable law or the Terms, or threatens community safety.
Pre-publication filtering and automated review
Public content may be checked before publication using rules, keyword or media checks, and automated risk review. The system may reject, delay, or request changes to suspected violations. Automated review reduces risk but cannot identify every issue and does not replace human judgment.
Human review
User reports, system flags, and appeals may receive human review. Reviewers consider the content, context, severity, repeated conduct, and applicable rule, and may confirm or reverse an automated decision.
How to report in the app
Open the relevant public roadbook or publisher page, select Report, choose the closest reason, and submit. Include enough information to identify the content. If the option is unavailable, email djenaihk@djen.top with the public link or share code, reason, and necessary screenshot. Do not repeat sensitive material in a report.
How to block a publisher
Select Block on the relevant content or publisher page. After blocking, that publisher's public content will no longer be shown to you and related interactions with you will be prevented. You can manage blocked accounts using the settings available in the app.
Actions we may take
Depending on review findings, severity, legal risk, and repeated conduct, we may reject publication; maintain content when no violation is found; remove content; restrict public features, interactions, or an account; suspend or terminate an account for serious or repeated violations; or preserve evidence and cooperate with authorities where legally required.
Appeals, contact, and updates
To appeal a content or account action, email djenaihk@djen.top with the account, content link or share code, original action information, and reason for appeal. We review safety and content reports as soon as practicable but do not promise a fixed resolution time.
We may update these Guidelines as law, product features, or community risks change and will show the updated date on this page.
