Service scope
DjenGo provides AI-assisted travel chat, roadbook generation and editing, saved content, search, weather, sharing, account, and purchasing features. Availability, supported regions, and free or paid scope may vary by version, device, and service availability.
We may adjust the service for security, compliance, maintenance, or product development, but these Terms do not transfer ownership of your content to DjenGo.
Account responsibilities
Provide valid sign-in information that you are authorized to use, protect your device and account, and take responsibility for activity through your account. Do not transfer, rent, share paid entitlements, or bypass authentication.
If you discover account misuse, an unusual purchase, or another security issue, stop the affected activity and contact us promptly.
- Do not impersonate another person or use another person's photo, voice, location, or travel material without permission.
- Do not use automation, scraping, bulk registration, or other methods to circumvent limits or cost controls.
- Minors may use the service only where permitted by applicable law and with any required guardian consent.
AI output and professional-advice disclaimer
AI, search, weather, and third-party data may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for your circumstances. DjenGo does not guarantee that generated content is fully correct, current, bookable, lawful, or safe.
Travel, medical, first-aid, security, visa, legal, insurance, transport, and weather information is general information only and is not a substitute for advice from a doctor, lawyer, government authority, embassy or consulate, carrier, insurer, or local emergency service. In an emergency, contact the local emergency service immediately.
Before departure or an important decision, verify opening hours, prices, tickets, routes, weather, visa, health, and safety information with authoritative sources and decide whether a suggestion is appropriate for you.
Acceptable use and prohibited conduct
Use DjenGo lawfully and do not harm other users, third parties, service security, or normal operations.
- Do not generate, upload, share, or distribute unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative, dangerous, or malicious content.
- Do not attack, scan, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service; distribute malware; steal credentials; or try to access an account, roadbook, or administrative data that is not yours.
- Do not abuse AI, search, share codes, purchases, refunds, or account-deletion mechanisms, or help another person bypass security or use limits.
- Do not use the service for high-risk medical, safety, legal, or emergency decisions without human review.
User content and intellectual property
You retain rights in chat input, photos, audio, notes, and roadbook content that you lawfully own. You grant DjenGo a non-exclusive, worldwide license, for the period needed to provide the service, solely to host, process, transform, generate, synchronize, share, and display the content as you request.
You are responsible for having the rights needed to upload and share content. A public share link may be viewed by anyone who obtains it. After sharing is disabled or content is deleted, copies previously saved by other people may be outside DjenGo's control.
DjenGo software, branding, interfaces, original materials, and service technology are protected by intellectual-property law. Except as allowed by law or written permission, you may not copy, sell, license, or use them to create a competing service.
In-App Purchases and Credits
DjenGo offers one-time purchases for virtual credits (Consumables) within the App via Apple In-App Purchases
These credits are used to generate roadbooks or use advanced AI features. All payments are processed and billed by Apple.
Virtual credits are consumed upon use and do not automatically renew. You can use "Restore Purchases" to synchronize newly purchased credits that haven't been credited to your active Apple account.
Apple handles all payment processes and decides refunds under its own policy; DjenGo cannot directly process or approve an App Store refund. Unused credits are non-refundable and hold no real-world monetary value. Deleting a DjenGo account, uninstalling the app, or stopping use does not generate a refund for unused credits.
Interruption, changes, and termination
The service may be temporarily interrupted by maintenance, networks, devices, third-party providers, natural events, regulatory requirements, or other reasonable causes. We will reduce the impact where practicable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
We may restrict or terminate an account or feature if you seriously or repeatedly violate these Terms, threaten service security, fail to pay an applicable charge, or law requires action. You may stop using DjenGo or request account deletion in the app at any time.
Terms that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual-property, liability, dispute, and payment provisions, will continue to apply.
Liability, governing law, changes, and contact
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DjenGo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss resulting from reliance on AI or third-party information, itinerary changes, service interruptions, device or network problems, third-party conduct, or content you share publicly.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited or reduces mandatory consumer rights. If a limitation is invalid where you live, it is adjusted only to the extent necessary.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China, without excluding mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence. The parties should first try to resolve a dispute in good faith. If that fails, a claim may be brought before a court with jurisdiction in Hong Kong, except where law requires another court or forum.
We may update these Terms for legal, functional, or business-model changes. We will provide an appropriate notice of material changes. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance unless law requires separate consent.
